"Hi, my name is Rick — and I grew up in a small village in Sicily, already cooking before I could imagine where life would take me."

I came to Australia at just 20 years old — young, full of energy, and with a fire in my heart to become a chef. I didn't just come here to work; I came here to grow, to learn, and to build something of my own. From the very first day, I was drawn to this country's incredible diversity — its people, its culture, and above all, its food.

I threw myself into learning everything I could: the unique Australian ingredients, the bold and beautiful flavours, the way different communities come together around a shared table. I became passionate about understanding every culture through its food — and that curiosity never left me.

Over the years, I worked alongside some truly great chefs and hospitality professionals — from busy cafés and local pubs, to fine dining restaurants, large-scale functions, and everything in between. Every kitchen taught me something new. Every service sharpened my craft. Every plate I sent out carried a little more of my heart.

Today, I'm ready to bring all of that experience, passion, and vision to your table. This is no longer just a job — it's my story, my flavours, and my way of connecting people through food that truly means something.

Our minimum order is 10 people for most catering packages. For corporate events and large functions, we recommend booking for at least 20 guests to take full advantage of our menu variety and pricing tiers.

We deliver across Greater Sydney, including the CBD, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, Hills District, and Western Sydney. For events outside these areas, please contact us directly — we may still be able to accommodate you depending on the date and location.

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date. For bookings made within 7 days of the event, full payment is required upfront.

We recommend booking at least 5–7 business days in advance for corporate catering, and 2–4 weeks ahead for larger events such as weddings or milestone celebrations. Last-minute bookings may be possible — just give us a call.

Absolutely. We cater for a wide range of dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal, and nut-free options. Please let us know your requirements when placing your order so we can prepare accordingly.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur additional charges depending on preparation already completed.

Yes! We offer full-service catering including professional serving staff, platters, serving utensils, napkins, and disposable or hire crockery. Just let us know what level of service you need when enquiring.

All prices listed on our menus are exclusive of GST. GST will be added to your final invoice. We provide a full itemised tax invoice for all bookings.

  • Deposits are not refundable once a booking has been confirmed and selected.
