"Hi, we're Ric & Alex — and this is the story of how two guys from Catania, who never knew each other back home, ended up meeting on the other side of the world and building something truly special together."

We both grew up in Catania, under the shadow of the Etna volcano — already cooking before we could imagine where life would take us. We each made our way to Australia at around 20 years old, independently — two young guys from the same city, chasing the same dream, without even knowing the other existed yet. From day one, we both fell in love with this country's incredible diversity — its people, its culture, and above all, its food.

That's where our story really begins — not in Sicily, but here in Australia. We met by chance, two Sicilians far from home, and instantly connected over our shared roots and our passion for cooking. What started as a friendship grew into something much deeper over 15 years. Together, we continued developing our craft across cafés, pubs, fine dining, and large-scale functions — always side by side, always pushing each other to be better.

After years of shared experiences and a lifetime of friendship, we looked at each other and said: "Let's do something together." So we did — combining our skills and passion to create a catering concept focused on bringing people together through thoughtfully crafted food for every kind of gathering.

Our minimum order is $400 for all catering (excluding delivery). All packages require a minimum of 10 guests. For corporate events and large functions, we recommend booking for at least 20 guests to take full advantage of our menu variety and pricing tiers.

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — Monday through Sunday. Enquiries are typically responded to within 2–4 hours. For urgent last-minute bookings, calling us directly is always the fastest option.

We deliver across Greater Sydney, including the CBD, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, Hills District, and Western Sydney. For events outside these areas, please contact us directly — we may still be able to accommodate you depending on the date and location.

A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is strictly non-refundable.

We recommend booking at least 5–7 business days in advance for corporate catering, and 2–4 weeks ahead for larger events such as weddings or milestone celebrations. Last-minute bookings may be possible — just give us a call.

Absolutely. We cater for a wide range of dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal, and nut-free options. Please let us know your requirements when placing your order so we can prepare accordingly.

All deposits are strictly non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may incur additional charges depending on preparation already completed.

Yes! We offer full-service catering including professional serving staff, platters, serving utensils, napkins, and disposable or hire crockery. Just let us know what level of service you need when enquiring.
